Terms & Conditions

This is placeholder policy content — have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply when you book an appointment with Solution Physiotherapy, visit our clinic, receive care at home, or use this website. By using our services, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, our team will gladly walk you through it before your first session.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be requested through this website, by phone or via WhatsApp, and are confirmed by our team. Please arrive a few minutes early for in-clinic sessions so your full treatment time is preserved.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to another patient.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, applied at the clinic’s discretion.
  • If we ever need to reschedule your session, we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available suitable time.

Fees & Payments

Current fees for consultations, treatment sessions and packages are available from our front desk and are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Package purchases are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Where insurance or third-party reimbursement applies, settling the claim remains your responsibility; we will provide the receipts and reports you need. Fees may be revised from time to time, with notice displayed at the clinic.

Medical Disclaimer

Content on this website — including descriptions of services, conditions and exercises — is provided for general information only. Physiotherapy guidance does not replace medical diagnosis, and nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified physician. Always consult your doctor about new, severe or worsening symptoms, and seek emergency care immediately when a situation is urgent. Individual results from physiotherapy vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Patient Responsibilities

Safe, effective treatment is a partnership. As a patient, you agree to:

  • Share complete and accurate information about your health, medications and previous injuries, and update us when anything changes.
  • Follow the exercise and self-care guidance in your treatment plan, and tell your physiotherapist promptly if anything causes unexpected pain or discomfort.
  • Treat our team and other patients with courtesy, and attend sessions on time.

Limitation of Liability

Our physiotherapist exercises reasonable professional skill and care in every assessment and treatment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solution Physiotherapy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for outcomes affected by incomplete health information, or for injury arising from exercises performed contrary to the guidance you were given. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection or healthcare law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services, pricing or legal obligations. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
